The first thing you MUST do is go see your doctor to be sure there is no MEDICAL cause for your decreased sex drive. Once you determine it is not a medical problem causing it then the doc can offer suggestions as well as other posters on here but until you see a doc the suggestions you get on here will be nothing more than suggestions as it could easily be a medical thing.

Libido is related to mood and feelings. If you feel good, you feel more interested in sex.

It is a strange paradox, but anti-depressants in men reduces sex drive. But in many women, it increases interest in sex. By relaxing, women are more open to 'play' and sexual desire comes from the 'playful' part of your emotional makeup.

Hence the Merlot suggestion.
