The seller will not accept Paypal; only a credit card.

No it's not safe to pay with a credit card on ebay, use paypal (seller will not have access to your credit card number).

See Paypal tutorial > http://www.blogadr.com/tutorials/free-paypal-tutorial/

Adding Fund to your Paypal Account > http://www.blogadr.com/tutorials/free-paypal-tutorial/paypal_addfunds.html

if seller do not accept paypal, for me i'll forget about the bid.

As long as you use PayPal, you will have no problem. We have made several purchases on ebay and have a PayPal account. There have been no problems. The seller does not have access to your credit card number.

It is safe if you use PayPal to make your Payments. Go to www.paypal.com and create an account there. Register your credit card on there or you can also use a checking account to make the payments. After you have done that, it will keep your card on file so you can login and make your payments from there in the future.

Once you have a paypal account, if you click on the Pay Now button within Ebay and use the PayPal option it will have you login to your paypal account and send the payment.

Good luck!
