If you can't cancel the order online then you should look for their phone number and call them to cancel the order.

I had one really frustrating experience. I ordered translation software for $125 and there was a link to download the software that didn't work. Well, nobody responded to my emails at that company or returned my call (which was long distance). So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and the software company said they had delivered the product. I had to fax copies of all my requests for help to the credit card company and I pointed out the date on an email that the software company claimed it sent to me (but I never received it) was a month and a half after I had made the purchase. Well, to keep a long story from becoming even longer, I did get my money back but it was a total headache.

look for a way to cancel the order, whether on the website, calling the company, or requesting a cancel using snail mail.

i typically don't shop for stuff unless i really need something, so it's pretty unlikely i'll buy something i don't want.
