How can i call someone from my computer to a real home phone without pay at all??

i want to call someone from my computer (my sister is always on the phone) i've tried Skype but i only got to call 1 person and now i cant call anyone. Is there any websites that will let you call someone from your computer for free?? i have a microphone too.

nope the only way to call someone is to pay for the services
