from what I know of the constitution provisions, I think it is plausable.. a president is restricted from being elected to more than two consecutive terms.. but I don't think it limits his possiblities to being elected as vice president.. that is a very interesting question.. one of the most heady ones I have read.. good for you.. and thanks for the question..

Any scholar that says yes is a numb-skull.
Let's forget for the moment that I am also conservative - if Hillary wants any opportunity to be taken seriously, any act of nepotism will not get that for her. And having Bill as a running mate would mean she will always be second-guessed and questioned on her choices (was that really Bill's decision? did she do that because Bill told her to).
I think having Hillary for a President would be the worst thing for this country, but if she were, the worst thing she could would be to have Bill for a running mate - absolute worst thing she could do. She might get more credit if she had Chelsea as her running mate - at least then she could claim "fresh thinking" as a reason for getting her involved.
Lenny: Biden is on the record as saying he "will not be anyone's VP"; he stated, if he "is a VP candidate for the purposes of improving anyone's chances of winning the presidency, why wouldn't he just run himself." If he does it now, how could he be taken seriously? He will be seen as changing his mind towards whatever benefits him.

Actually, the Constitution does address the issue, since it was amended to limit a president to 2 terms in office. Since Bill would have to be eligible to become president, and has already served two terms, he cannot be vice president. Any scholar who has made an argument that Bill is eligible requires further education if they are to be considered a scholar.

The 22nd amendment limiting presidential terms specifically allows someone to hold the office for 8 years if not succeeding a president. Bill has served for eight, he cannot be president again without another amendment to the Constitution.

SHE WOULD NEVER HAVE HIM AS HER VP
SHE WANTS HIM AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE IF SHE SHOULD WIN!
THE QUESTION WOULD ALWAYS WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE!
SHE WANTS HER OWN LIMELIGHT!
BAD ENOUGH, HE WILL STILL BE CALLED "MR. PRESIDENT AND THE PAPARAZZI WILL STILL BE CHASING HIM!
SHE IS NOT GOING TO LIKE THAT MUCH!
LET PRAY SHE NEVER GETS THERE!
WHAT IS GOING TO BE ON HER MIND WHEN SHE FIRST SITS BEHIND HER HUSBANDS OLD DESK AND REMEMBERS WHAT WENT ON THERE.
SHE WAS WRONG ABOUT HER HUSBAND AND SHE IS WRONG FOR THIS COUNTRY!
THEY ALL ARE!
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
THE 22 AMENDMENT LIMITS A PRESIDENT TO 2 TERMS, BUT IT DOES NOT STATE THAT HE COULD NOT RUN AGAIN AFTER ONE TERM HAS PAST!
I THINK IF BILL WANTED TO RUN AGAIN HE COULD!
SOMETHING FOR THE SUPREME COURTS TO DECIDE!

No because if she was killed he would have to become president and being that he was impeached, he can never be president again.
It would be a black woman cause Hillary loves black women. I saw her on a TV show one day when there was 3 women on stage one was black and Hillary hugged and kissed the black woman but ignored the other two white women.

No. She is going to choose someone more handsome, and only for that reason. His name is John Edwards. Bill Clinton won on his looks, and Hellary has none of her own, so she needs to run with someone who does. Libs can't see beyond physical beauty. They proved it when they asked Bill Clinton during his campaign, if he wore boxers or briefs, on MTV.

No way Bill will be Hillary's running mate.
He can't do it because their party will not allow it and it would turn off too many voters.
Biden will be the VP.

Do you think that she would invite Obama to be
her running mate?
It would make a very nice scenario "Female + Black" with lots of "hugs + kisses" and "If I hadn't been running,I would have voted for you"
Little tears on cheeks and such-like hypocrisy!

A vice president has to be able to be president. The Constitution would prevent Bill from being president since he served two terms.
