What shoes?? the stores we have are: wetseal, shoe factory, ladies footlocker, charlotte russe, limited too( hate their shoes though) AE, aeropostale, claires, and journeys

I would put it up in a high bun. With glitter to steal
the spotlight!
And for shoes go with black and sparkles!

go to american eagle, aero, or claires for cute ballet flats....
for hair try down with top part clipped back
