You can still have a + pgcy test after a miscarriage for a while, it can take the hcg levels a while to go down. Please ask for a second opinion, another bloodtest and an ultrasound is definitely needed. If you have miscarried and are still testing +, there may also be tissue left in the uterus which would need to be removed via D&C.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this.

How long has it been since the miscarriage? You can still get a + result for a while, or you could possibly had been pregnant with twins and only lost one. That happens a lot. Go to your doctor for a blood test and ultra sound.

go to a new doctor and have an ultrasound done to be sure either way. thats pretty extreme to go from pregnant to having a miscarriage and then back to pregnant. sounds like your doc doesnt know what he's looking for or what he's doing in the first place!

could be twins and you lost one, could be remaing hcG in your blood/urine, could be you didn't miscarry, or it could be that you got pregnant again very soon after your miscarriage. it happens alot b/c the hormonal boost left behind after a miscarriage makes your body primed to maintain a pregnancy
i'd see another dr, get a 2nd opinion
