You might want to go to the doctor right away, I had that same thing right before I had a miscarriage.

If it was a lot of blood I'd be worried but this sounds more like a bit of cervical blood. If it's a few drops try not to worry to much. During pregnancy if the cervix is bumped (sex or from an exam at the doctor office) it can bleed rather easily. Call your doc and let them know and they can have you go in and get an ultrasound to confirm fetal health.
For what it's worth I had a couple of instances of slight bleeding during my last pregnancy and my daughter is now a healthy 5 week old imp. When I had my miscarriage 2 years ago I never had any bleeding at all. We found out the baby had died when we couldn't find a heartbeat. Had to have surgery since my body didn't take care of things.

this sounds like 2 different things to me... first instinct was KIDNEY INFECTION!! i had the same thing happen when i was pregnant with my second child daughter... and then again does sound like it could be a miscarriage. i would go to your local ER and see them honestly hun. if its either you need to be seen better safe then sorry. if its a kidney infection then they will more then likely admit you for 3 days for antibiotics and then send you home with pill form of antibiotics.. seriously if its a kidney infection you need to get into the hospital i had those symptoms and then went in at 5pm at the time (18 months ago i was 8 months pregnant) and then they discharged me because i had to get my son to someone who could care for him while i was admitted told them i would be back if it got worse.. got discharged at midnight i was back at the hospital 3 and half hours later to not being able to pick up my right side of my body (it was my right kidney affected) and was puking blood. my body was shutting down on me. no garrenties this is what is happening or that it is a miscarriage but its always better to be safe then sorry..I had had the back pain (thought nothing of it ) for about 3 or 4 days by the last day the lightly blood ting was in my urine and when i wiped and i freaked out at that time went immediatly to the hospital and found out what was causing it...
i have also had 4 miscarriages
hun go to the hospital just to be sure nothing is wrong...

It's probably nothing if it's just a small amount, but you may want to call your doctor just in case because of both the bloody mucus and back pain. Those can be signs of a miscarriage.

Theres lots happening interior your abdomen precise now, moving, stretching, growing to be uterus, muscle mass straining. besides the undeniable fact that, soreness around your bladder would not sound known, fantastically if youre bleeding. If that is conceivable it couldve been close on your pelvis, then walking lots could reason your muscle mass/ligaments to tear considering theyre loosening as much as handle that substantial uterus to return and that could reason reasonable bleeding. because of the fact it stopped, youre large, yet whilst it maintains immediately, you should call your midwife in case you have one, or in simple terms verify on into hard work & transport, because it may desire to be doubtlessly threatening. If that is in simple terms muscle/ligaments this could ensue specially circumstances, yet shouldn't ensue often/for a protracted volume of time. yet once you think of it is your bladder, could desire to be an infection, which isn't right for you or toddler, so a visit to the er is needed. it fairly is frequently extra advantageous to be extra advantageous careful and not something be incorrect, than not careful sufficient and be apologetic approximately it. happy New 12 months, good success!! And Congratulations!

What ever you do please dont stress about it, if your pain gets worse or the bleeding gets worse then talk to your doc or midwife. Hopefully it will be nothing, spotting does happen throughout some pregnancies. My midwife bled throughout her pregnancies with 3 babys
