There not sex dreams or anything of the sort. I'm not crazy or on any Medication, but the dreams I'm having of her are me strangling her and other sorts of cruel things :|, and finding out more stuff she done behind my back while we were together. she cheated on me after we were together for 10 months. I really could careless about her now, but I wake up an feel horrible. I have this dream maybe 1 or 2 times a week. its been going on for roughly 5 months now? what dose it mean?

It means that you need to express your feelings to her. i know it has been a long time but unless you realease the frustration, hurt and anger she caused you you will heave this dream for a long time... If you don't want to talk to her a letter should do the trick... write the letter with all of your feelings call her whatever you want and then burn the letter once you have done of keep it in a book you never read. I used to have that problem it's due to unresolved feelings in your case i bet you never had the chance to tell her how much she hurt you and how what she did to you was wrong... try that and see how you go... It is your subconscience dealing with your anger. During waking hours try working a bit of your anger off, either by going down to the gym and giving the equipment a going over. Or maybe take up running. Hire a bucket of balls and assault them with a golf club at the nearest driving range. If all else fails seek professional help to get over the rage.

You still have repressed anger towards her because of what she did to you.
It's normal to still have that anger held inside especially when you loved someone so much who ended up cheating on you. I know you probably feel as though you don't care about her but somewhere in your mind, not that you care about her, but you still feel upset of what she did to you.
