Yes we have and we made actual 5ft standards with the slider cups instead of the ones with holes. Made out of regular, untreated wood. We just had some random wood laying around and a guy that was handy with cutting it. I would have liked to make the standards to be shorter because they're heavy (4 inches wide x wide). My instructor made ones that were 3ft and they were awesome. For poles they came already round to you just had to cut to size (8 or 10ft) and paint. We got the metal cups (sliders) custom made which was handy and inexpensive not sure why. Painting was the only hard part because we had them drying and everyone would keep taking them to be used and they weren't finished yet haha. There's a few standards that aren't painted. Overall it was a bit of a barn effort because we all pitched in and wasn't too hard. Creative jumps: when we had to practice stadium, we didn't have a whole lot of poles so we set up hay bales and flower pots/trellis that would go underneath a pole. Once even some sawdust lol.

Um... Yeah. Me and an ex made a few short phone movie things. Then about a month after we broke up (Yes, I know I should've deleted them, but still...) my phone got stolen... I'm still waiting for them to show up on YouTube. Gah. (Luckily you can't really see most of me)

Just as a sideline. A lesbian friend of mine thought it would be fun to steal my phone to check out the clips. She locked herself in the bathroom with her friends and everything went quiet for a while (I was stood outside the door pleading for them not to look...). All of a sudden I hear her scream out loud "Holy crap! It's like REAL porn!". She never looked at me the same since...
