i'm like a big b or a small c but i want them bigger...i dont want like surgery or anything i like to keep it natural....is there like a food i can eat or something to make them grow alittle?

You sound like you have the perfect size. Im jealous. Iv a D to a DD and have to wear a minimiser bra. I dont know of any foods to make your boobs grow but even if there were id really think carefully bout doing that. Its not that great having big boobs.

Terri and the others are right-big boobs aren't always great. I don't have much back pain yet but doctors almost garentee it. Also, its not much fun playing lacrosse(my sport) with these DDDs bouncing around in front (I have to strap em down with 2 sports bras. Plus guys in school can be complete jerks. Be happy girl!!!

Um, honestly why do you want them bigger? To be truthful, the bigger they are the more annoying they get. You get attention from guys for sure but is the only reason you want a guy looking at you is because of your breasts?
Be happy, plus you might not be done growing.

There is nothing you can take to make them bigger, only patience.
Trust me, as a former 38J cup, bigger is not always better!

If you gain weight they will increase in size- supplements and creams wont work.

wat u do it put ur arms out in front of u and cross them (like siccores) and they should get bigger!!!!!!
