Delay calls himself a conservative but he is really some sort of radical with no core beliefs that I've ever detected. He was in the exterminating business before going to Congress and, I suspect, picked up most of his values through dealing with rats and roaches. He's one of the genuinely disgusting human beings in American political history.

This is in response to these Judges who think they have the power to legislate from the bench and usurping the jobs of the Senators and Representatives who are VOTED FOR by the people of the United States of America. Judges ARE NOT voted for by the people of the USA.
These Judges should never be given this power

well the Constitution is set up for the Congress to control the money of the Judaical system and the power beyond the Supreme court. so if you have judges that keep ruling against Constitution rights and being overturned by the Supreme court. why should they be fully funded? it is an extreme cost to the government .
