Nope, Bush couldn't care less about ANY ideology or "values." It's all been about the money-Iraq, deficits, energy policy, on and on. All $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

No; he has mainly promoted the social conservative agenda in addition to his own moderate agenda. The social conservatives are the largest minority of the three sectors of the Republican Party so this makes good political sense. Fiscal conservatives were left hanging in the wind just like his equally moderate daddy (and Clinton) did.

No, the Bush administration has promoted extreme conservative values, in a vain attempt to restore the status quo as it was in the time of the robber barons: no government interference with big business, no taxes on the rich, cronyism, winner-take-all justice, and class warfare.
