The water weighs 8.3 lbs per gallon approximately. Then you have the added weight of the tank, gravel, decor, and stand (if you use one). Estimate 10 pounds per gallon overall.

1 gallon is 128 oz. so 100 gallons is 12800 oz.

Most people add 1lb-1.5lbs for gravel, so figure:
100 lbs of gravel.
20-25lbs for ornaments
100lbs for the tank itself
40 lbs for a metal stand
70 lbs for a wood stand
