I equate, not measure, my self-worth to my personal happiness and the happiness I bring to others.

When I remember how to, because I do forget...

I equate my self worth with how I feel about myself and my level of optimism. When I feel down then it directly correlates to a lower feeling of worth. If I feel down and can't seem to imagine feeling up again then my self worth goes even lower. Fortunately, this rarely happens.
