chicken breasts rolled in italian breadcrumbs and fried in butter, a salad with brown rice, corn, black beans, green onions, celery, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper and cumin. delicious. oh yes, juice of a fresh lemon over the top. wow!

If I was cooking I would make a big pot of sauce with meatballs and italian sausage...with angle hair pasta a wonderful antipasta great bread and a nice semi sweet red wine..but I am not cooking..hahahaha!!!!
