Rinse the brussels sprouts, pat dry and cut off the stem end. Preheat a frying pan over medium high heat, add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/4 c. raisins that you have pre-soaked in hot water for 5-10 minutes, and the brussels sprouts. Saute until the brussels sprouts are heated through but not mushy, probably no more than 5 minutes. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and put in a serving dish. So good. Also, I always add brussels sprouts to my pot roasts along with carrots, onions and celery. It is really good.

ever try them with mash and bacon bits then some fresh
carrots asparagus and Brussels sprout s
olive oil and lemon and a cup of Mushroom or Tomato
Soup on the side good meal for the cold weather
do not forget the lemon juice it wards off colds [C FOR C]

I will like them if they are steam or cook really well with some kind of sauce.But eating them pain than no way!!

One of my favourites. Slightly crunchy is best, but I still like them when someone boils the cr@p out of them and they disintegrate on your fork.
