I wouldn't do two potentially food-related names together (it conjures up thoughts of rosemary herb seasoned vienna sausages).
Rachel Vienna sounds darling, however, and Rowan Michael for a boy would be just charming!

I like both of them. Rachel is more common than Rosemary. I think Rosemary Vienna is very unique and I really like Rowan Michael for a boy.

I think Rosemary Vienna is a cool name but don't name your boy Rowan Micheal. Maybe Robert Micheal.

I really like Rowan Micheal! In fact I think I might use it one day, how does Tristan Rowan sound? I really like Rachel Vienna because every Rachel I have know has been a wonderful person, my best friends name is Rachel but we call her Raquel or Raquelita(little Rachel) because she is Spanish. But if you like these names don't let anyone tell you different!

If women can't get away from 'friends' that ridicule them how can they get out of bad relationships? Just a thought...
Vienne, Vianna, Vihanna, Vihenna, or Vienna are all nice to consider. Definately keep this name as it is a strong name.
Rosemary is absolutely nice because it sounds organic, pagan, country and herbs-like but it is too common when you use Mary.
Rosemarianna, Rosamarie, Rosamary, Rozamaria, or Rosemaria.
You should use the naturistic form such as Falcon Rowing, or simply Roeing.
