I prefer the term 'male escort' (for discerning women) and enjoy being taken to swanky joints or yacht parties as a bit of arm candy for a lonely 50 year old.
If they wanna assume I'm gonna supply 'extras' by offering me another 1,000 then it would be churlish of me to get upset about it.
