i don't think of that is ever clever to pass against different guy or woman's toughest bones, like shin, no remember what you're kicking with your self. In a streetfighting difficulty, or maybe finished touch opposition, how are you meant to be responsive to how not elementary your opponent's toughest bits are? needless to say, in case you have knowledgeable for this you have have been given a stable touch and actually reliable shins your self, yet in basic terms then it may additionally be considered. That video is a stable occasion of miscalculation. and that i don't think of using heel or instep will save you. in case you're softer, you will get harm. i think of what area of the leg you should use relies upon on the place precisely you're kicking (and, to a pair quantity, how plenty injury you prefer to reason). Shin is super for kingeri, case in point.

One can kick up their heels when clogging or buck dancing. The word "Clog" comes from the Gaelic, and means "time". Clogging is a dance that is done in time with the music -to the downbeat usually with the heel keeping rhythm.
Buck Dancing has come to be recognized in clogging circles as a specific style of dancing that differs from flat-footing in that a buck dancer keeps his weight on the balls of the feet and produces clicks by the interchanging of heel and toe movements to make what has been described as a "patter" sound. The term "buck dancing" is used to describe any solo freestyle dancing -whether it be traditional clogging, flat-foot or otherwise. I can do this to a degree. But I am not as good at it as I would like to be. Here are some examples of ''Buck dancing'' for your viewing pleasure.

There's got to be a way. I seem to remember kicking myself in the butt many a time for mistakes I've made and I'm pretty sure the heel got there before the toe.

By jumping up & making your legs go off to the side, thus kicking up your heels. I have seen people do this. It takes lots of practice.

Wally, I love your logic, but if a mule kicks you, they kick backwards. If you're dancing, you kick up your heels backwards, too. But I really do like the idea of cutting off your legs and spinning them around!

Sit in a chair. Hold on if necessary, and kick up your heels. You may not get them very high, but you will get them up

Shakin' mee achin' head! Dang, Wally!
OK, when you kick your legs up and and pull your foot forward just a bit, your heels go a bit up in the air...like in the old jitterbug when your partner would pick you up and flip you!
