Normally I buy a huge turkey, and have to run and shoulder charge it into the oven.
However, I have purchased a SMALL Turkey this year, and am gonna cook a nice piece of Beef and Some Gammon, so we can have a choice, or go made and have a slice or two of each ! Happy Christmas.
