For the past three days me and my mom see people in cars taking pictures of our house is this illegal? Does anyone know who these people prabably are?

Yes it is legal as long as the pictures are taken from a public place such as the street. They could be real estate appraisers. tax appraiser or people that like the look of your house.

Yes, as long as the pictures are taken from a public area, like a street then yes it is. If they are taking pictures from someone elses property the proprty owner can allow them.

If they come onto your property and begin taking pictures then they would need your consent.

How old is your house? When we first moved into our new house people drove by alot to take pictures of the outside because they were thinking of making a simialr model. As long as the dont come on ur property its fine

yes.. as davidmi711 has previously said, it is perfectly legal if on a public place, such as a street, for the same reasons that he has stated. though.. if you are really that concerned about it, you can still inform the local police about it and they will keep an eye out for it, and if they see anyone liek such, they might question them. just for precautions. ^_^ hope this helps.~
