milk-so I can eat breakfast, like cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. & I can use it with mashed potatoes or mac & cheese for lunch/dinner

i would say potato and chicken casserole, it looks weird but with ketchup and hotsauce it makes my mouth water!!
