third party fan tool for video card?

can someone please tell me a good third party program to increase the fan speed on my ati video card please? its getting hot and i dont think the on-board fan is running 100%, thanks in advance

Is the frame rate slowing down after using it for a while?

If it's not then there's no problem and you need to stop worrying (of course it's getting hot, all high performance computer components get hot (and the fan doesn't need to run all the time at 100% to ensure the hardware stays working)).
