I told my husband that for Christmas that I was going to put a big red bow on me and sing jingle bells.

He says, make sure that I keep the receipt because he usually don't like used merchandise........ Personally I thought it was funny. How would you react if your husband said this. Or guys your wife?

I don't think it was funny. And that's all I got to say about that.

I told my ex-girlfriend that I didn't want to get married because it was like buying the cow when the milk was free. She said she understood, because to her it would be like buying the whole pig for just a teeny weeny sausage. I didn't think that was funny either.

I wouldn't be upset. As long as hubby was joking, I'd laugh 'till I piss. LOL

I'm reminded of a few years ago when Hubby said something about wrapping his "manhood" for Christmas. I jokingly told him that I'd be more than glad to open it but that I wouldn't play with it unless it grew as big as the ribbon. HA! HA! He wasn't mad. He laughed and then said something that yahoo would delete if I posted it. LOL :-)

If my wife did that I would think she was "re-gifting." Nobody else wanted it and she thinks I would? You had better get him the golf club and forget about the other - men have priorities, you know....

PS: I can't believe you asked about the golf club on YA when he's on here too! Women,,,, go figure!

I think it's funny. It shows that you and your husband have a comfortable, fun relationship. I am just wondering now what you said back!

My mom once told my dad she was gonna go as eve to a halloween party (i.e. buck naked)... so my dad told her to make sure she ironed her costume. I thought it was drop-on-the-floor-laughing funny!
