Assume question should read as:-
(3/5) n - 2 = (1/5) n + 3
3n - 10 = n + 15
2n = 25
n = 25/2

However you may have meant:-
3 / (5n - 2) = 1 / (5n + 3)
15n + 9 = 5n - 2
10n = - 11
n = - 11 / 10

Tip
Use brackets to avoid confusion!!!!

3n - 10 = n + 15
2n = 25
n = 12.5

Multiply by 5 to get rid of the fractions and then get n alone and then solve for n
