I was on the Deppo for a year and when I came off it I had no period for three months then after got it for 6 months solid everyone is different but it is completley normal for your menstraul cycle to be all over the place as your body is trying to get used to the non release of the contraceptive chemical.
Dont worry Im not saying you'll be the same but this is normal, personally I wouldnt go on it again even though it was the easiest to go on.

It can also be normal not to concieve up to 6 months after coming off it.

After I got off of depo (ugh I hated it!) my periods came back in three months, but that I think only happened because I went immediately onto the pill Kariva. Mine are really light.

It can take up to or over a year for them to come back.

it can take anywhere from a month to a year for your body to completely get back to normal.......each person reacts different. My periods were heavier the first couple times, then spotty and irregular, then longer than usual, and then finally back to normal.
