Yes, he passed away today. I hope he's at peace. He made an amazing contribution to music. The things he put his wife through were terrible and he was proof of how drugs can destroy lives and turn people into monsters, but I think that there was a lot of good in him too.
By the way, whoever said it's Tina's birthday today, it's most definitely not.
