It isn't a metaphor because there's no such thing as a "poop nose."

No...The bully was just calling him a poop nose cuz of the weird shape of his nose

what is a poop nose? and please write "you're a poop nose." 'your' and 'you're' are very different so i guess this one isn't a metaphor as you wrote it wrongly.
