Could it be:

Ti2(CO3)3 + 6 AgC2H3O2 --> 2 Ti(C2H3O2)3 + 3 Ag2CO3

???

Ti2(CO3)3+AgC2H3O2-->2Ti(C2H3O2 and part of the equation is missing... but here i think its this

Ti2(CO3)3+2AgC2 H3 O2-->2Ti(C2 H3 O2)+2Ag(CO3)3

Under the assumed impression you would have to add in the rest of the formula... thats probably why you couldn't get it. Part of it was missing.

Hope I Helped!

according to an equation balancer I use this should be
Ti2(CO3)3 + 6AgC2H3O2 -> 2Ti(C2H3O2)3 + 3Ag2CO3

here is the link to the equation balancer.
