Gosh, I try to resist it... I can't understand why, change has the potential to make things better, but I guess it's the commodity I get used to, I have a hard time letting go of that.

Kind of both. I tend to be a shaker and mover but the older I get it seems that I don't have the energy to jump on opportunities to change, but I am still pretty fiery when I get stuck in a rut
