Just because there was a video camera involved doesn't make it cheating. All the games in the NFL are taped by CBS, Fox, ESPN, and/or NBC. It's only illegal to video from the sidelines. The Jets were taping from the End Zone, which is a common practice, and is not illegal.

If you have permission (assuming the officials giving the permission are following the rules in granting it) then it is not cheating almost by definition. Talk about an easy 2 points!
