The most common form is Celsius, even in the summer and winter.

As far as I know, only the USA uses Fahrenheit. The rest of the world uses Celsius. Meteorologists in the USA use celsius and measure the temperatures with celsius thermometers then convert it to fahrenheit for the public. Sooner or later, the USA will catch up with the world and use celsius.
