The only reason aliens (I assume you mean extraterrestrials, not people from other countries) would be particularly similar to humans would be if their environments were similar to humans, and even then that would be no guarantee.

hmmm cavemen, less intelligent than us, capable of interstellar travel that is centuries beyond our own technology? makes sense! and obviously if they are real they would be more advanced because thats the only way they would be able to master interstellar travel.
its all irrelevant, because they do not exist on earth. we have been searching space for radio signals for 40 years. we would have received any radio signals from the ship to their planet, or even between any 2 places on their planet, and we havent.
so that means they have to be atleast 40 lightyears away. which means it would take more than 40 years to get here since faster than light travel is impossible. and the energy required to propel a ship at even half of the speed of light for 40 years is massive. HUGE! so id say its a safe bet that it would take them atleast a century to reach us. and then theres the matter of food and water, food and water for a whole crew for a century? i doubt that. and then theres the fact that no one has any evidence of a UFO anywhere. we have eyewitness testimony, yea...thats reliable. and pictures that look like they were from the freakin civil war era that dont show any evidence that it was actually an alien craft. AND whens the last time any scientist, governement or independant, has seen a craft enter the earths atmosphere? never, and with all of those sightings it should have been seen atleast once. and im sure someone is thinking something retarded like "maybe they have a clocking device". well thats impossible without having something with the mass of a black hole. nothing is 100% reflective, which means it would reflect some kind of light, probably visible or infrared.
aliens do not exist on earth.

There is every possibility that your theory is correct and i do believe that aliens do exist. But until you have conclusive proof, you can never definitely say that there will be "human like" life on other planets. You can imagine so many scenarios that contemplating the structure of life forms let alone their evolution is quite exhausting. Even in a single scenario you could have so many different possibilities, for example, if a planet orbiting a star is the size of Saturn then its gravity will be so great that it may only contain life in the form of insects that are flat but their surface area could be enormous. They could be in the form of worms, bugs or a combination of both. Or you could have dwarfed versions of humans, animals or even in the shape of organisms that you see on sci-fi movies. Then again the organisms could develop hard shells that can withstand the pressure and consequently grow to an incredible height.
The same can be said for their intelligence, how do we know that animals, if given the chance, cannot develop intelligence that is comparable to humans. We can't really but it could be that on other planets, the organism with the most highly developed intelligence could be a hamster. The possibilities are endless.

Life has existed on Earth for about 3.5 billion years. For most of that time, life was single celled organisms and then plants. What makes you think that, if there are aliens, that they would not be either bacteria or plants? The only reason cavemen existed, in fact any apes, is because 65 million years ago an asteroid crashed to Earth, and helped to wipe out the dinosaurs. They might otherwise still be around. Aliens might just as well be dinosaurs. This is one of the main reasons why I think that all the alien conspiracy theories are just ridiculous - they paint a picture of aliens as bipedal, humanoid creatures, albeit with large eyes, as if it was the only high form of life possible.

In a universe with Billions OF Billions of galaxies, each with Billions OF Billions of suns, there are going to be other planets with life on them SOMEWHERE out there...probably 100,000, or more, inhabited planets. If you believe in Creation, those planets are probably peopled by folks who did not sin, so they are advanced...not having so many cultures destroyed by war, etc, as we have. If you believe in Evolution, those planets way out there are older than us, so their life has evolved longer, so they are probably advanced over us. Either way, space aliens are probably more advanced than we are. They probably cured cancer, etc, long ago. However, they probably have other diseases whch effect them less than a cold effects us, but which effects us like The Black Plague would. Advanced aliens would be smart enough to stay away from us.
The UFOs we see are probably not space aliens. They are probably us...from the future...40th century historians, anthropologists, etc, coming back in time to study our turning points..The Cold War, The Moon Landing, etc. Nothing in either Newtonian Physics, Reletivity Physics, or Quantum Mechanics actually forbids time travel. That 'Times Arrow' non-sense is just a scientists way of not confronting difficult facts. "Since we can't explain how a time traveller killing his father before he was born would effect the future the time traveller came from, let's pretend it can't happen" is the idea there.

If aliens exist, what makes you think they are going to human? You don't seriously think the evolution on another planet is going to the exact complicated line, make the exact same shift & changes as ours do you?

I think that if there were aliens they would be like cavemen. If they were as smart as humans they would already have inventions and be traveling through space to check out earth.

Why do you think this would be the case? There's no middle ground, where they could be just as advances as humans at this point in time?

you said it would be "intresting". So your theory is that real aliens will be either cavemen or far beyond us. All you left out is they are us. If they are cavemen or us, we'll never see them. If they're more advanced, they won't want to see us.

They would definitely be different than humans. To what extent, I don't know. There could definitely be a possibility that they have something that cures something we don't have the cure for. :)
