Well alot lately I have been verry panicy at school,like he slightest thing gose rong I go balistic and cry.I also triped some one at recess to be playing around and they bit there toung,it dident bleed but I felt guilty as hell.I made a sorry card for her.I still feal guility and I havent even talked to her scince yesterday when it happend.

Sometimes it is not enough to say you are sorry when you cause that kind of injury with embarrassment. So, here is what I would do. I would talk to you teacher and ask her if you can address the class on bad things that happen when you horse play at school. Use the person you injured as an example and let people in class know how bad you felt to see that person in such pain because you were so thoughtless. If you teacher does not allow you to publicly apologies as you did this to that person publicly. Then you need to ask the teacher to hold you both in class after and say how bad you feel to that persons face. I am glad that you feel bad, it means you care and you have great promise to become a compassionate adult who will make better choices.

Apologize to her in person.
I am GLAD you feel sorry,it shows you have a conscince instead of making light of it and putting the blame on someone else.That shows maturity, now show courage and apologize.

You should think about why you are so on edge all the time. Once you discover this, you can deal with the root of the problem. Consider counseling; it can really help.

You obvioulsy showed her that you cared. Don't worry about it. Don't go too far or she will think you are hitting on her. I'm sure she is fine.
