The proper question is: will the tires fit? 20 inch tires will not fit on a 21 inch wheel but if you are buying new tires anyway, the 21 inch wheels are OK. You have to check that the mounting holes match up with the studs on the car. Just because there are 5 holes does not mean the wheel will fit, the wheel has to meet the GM standard.

Country boy got it right and also Russel, the tire size is more important than the rim size. The tire has to fit the wheel well. The series of the tire 40,50,to 80, determines the tire height or diameter. The rim "off set" is also important,as well as the hole spacing.

What is the offset of those rims, that along with the tire size will be the ultimate factor in deciding if they will fit.

Not without modifications, but beware, putting those big of rims on that car, it's just asking for trouble. 20" is probably the max that you can go without cutting, but either way it will ride like sh*t.

yeah they should fit. get a tape measure and measure from the center of the hub to the flare or inside the wheel well. then find out how much travel your suspension has
