He gave his Mrs a hard life (if you believe the tabloids) I don't know much about him to be honest, can't say I was a fan.

Excellent Musician regardless of what his past transgression are. People tend to associate others with their past, that's the problem with some, Forgiveness is the way to happiness. Whatever happened between him and Tina has been over for A LONG TIME. He was still someones brother, father, son, and or husband. Rock and Roll was industrialized by some of the tunes Ike played on his guitar. Let him Rest in Peace

Very sad he was from a musically very talented and special generation who produced some of the best music that still catches peoples imagination and continues to influence the music around today sadly his like are becoming fewer as the years roll on but can you imagine the tunes in heaven.

Although not what you could call a good person i hope he will be remembered for his music not his behaviour which of course was unforgivable and tainted a musical genius
