Let me first say that some of the answerers are using very flawed logic.

Saying Hitler was worst or more evil because he killed more people is retarded.

The only reason Hitler killed more is because he had more resources at his disposal. If bin Laden had the military, infrastructure, and nation to implement a full scale holocaust, he would surely attempt to eliminate all of the Jews; he's stated this as his goal numerous times.

Additionally, he would try to exterminate the American people as well as others. The only reason bin Laden has not done this is because he can't.

To argue that Hitler is more evil because he had a military at his disposal is idiotic. Having a means or not doesn't change intentions.

If anything, bin Laden is more devious, because I think Hitler just got carried away with his ideas when he acquired too much power. Bin Laden's been thinking about killing people from the very beginning. For some of you, think before you answer.

There is really no contest on this question...
Hitler was way worse

First Hitler had a whole countries military at his disposal and Hilter caused so much more damage and effected almost everone's life in some way. Plus Hitler had more hatred in him and from what I understand he also had a harder childhood, being on his own at I think around 13. He hated the Jews, prostitues, gypsies and several other groups that he targeted throughout World War II.

Bin Laden doesn't have the same capabilities as Hitler to cause damage or change people's lives/the world in the same way Hitler did. Bin Laden's hatred seems to be focused on the western world as a whole instead of a certian group of people.

So clearly Hitler was way worse of a human being all around and caused more damage than the world has seen before or since him and if we are lucky we will hopefully never see that kind of hatred ever again.

I would say Bin Laden only due to the fact that we knew where the forces of Hitler were coming from. BUT of course one can no-way excuse Hitler for the mass killings.

its a bit like the movies really, anyone hell bent on world domination needs to be stopped. Hitler was involved in a conventional war which has an outcome and conclusion, he lost......... bin laden and his moronic maniacs are terrorists who move in shadows who will never win but can not be defeated either as the ideal is carried forward for countless time, so bin laden is the worst because it wont end.

They are not comparable, since Hitler was the leader of a soverign nation, while bin Laden is a private person with great wealth and support. Sometimes I get the feeling that bin Laden is like Emmanuel Goldstein in Orwell's 1984, a person is is really dead, but for the people is this shadowy figure who is behind all the plots to destroy Oceania.

Hitler. ITs easy Bin Laden didn't bake six million "jew pies" hitler was sick. I don't mean it in that hitler killed more but the way he killed them was far worse then anything Bin Laden ever did.

Has to be Hitler
Bin laden is only a figure head of a wider organisation- if not for him someone else would step up
But if not for Hitler here would not have been the Nazi movement
