Now that homes aren't appreciating anymore, what would be good things or places to invest in? I'm looking to maximize the return on my investment and high risk is acceptable. Thanks!

Bussiness growth (stock market) & Real-Estate have "Inverse" relationships. What's bad for real-estate is great for businesses. Let the bulls run!!!

International (Global) mutual funds have been thriving for years now ... I wouldn't recomend new purchaces; rather holding. These are mainly the global companies who do business abroad. I do see Russia being the most "Capitalist" markets providing their politics don't biff it!

With bussinesses on the verge of thriving we should see new growth potention in the USA markets. The falling dollar is hindering imports into the USA and thus creating exports.
