I have mixed feelings about this question!
I would like it to last longer because I love the feeling of giving and recieving presents, seeing family and spending quality time with them, and decorating the house and the tree! Not to mention all the food. By the end of it I will be gobboling like a turkey!
But also, when it is over, all the big Christmas hype is over. You don't get as much busy stores, it is easier to find and buy something! And also you do not get pressurised to buy things so easily.
Merry Christmas! You get a star.

I wish Christmas lasted longer, but not the holidays. Does that make any sense? I just think it's a really stressful time, but on Christmas morning everything feels better.

I would like it to last longer. Because I just love the feeling of Christmas decorating the tree and house. Putting up lights. Watching loved ones opening their gifts with a smile.

I would like the break from school to last longer, but I'm glad when it's over because it's not about the birth of Christ anymore. It's all about the presents and that bugs me. Stupid commercialism.

No, I like Christmas, but if it lasted longer, we would have to wait for New Year, and I just love a good New Year Celebration!!!!

I normally love Christmas and want it to last for longer, but this year I'm not really looking forward to Christmas for various reasons, so I will be glad for it to be over.
I will still enjoy Christmas for my children's sake though.
Merry Christmas!

Honestly, I'm glad it's over because a new year comes around and you don't have to worry about buying a lot of gifts (that will probably be thrown away), for at least another twelve months

In our kinfolk it replaced right into a splash formal, by utilising turns, with anybody settled in the residing room *after Christmas dinner*. (grandparents and uncles arrived in the process the morning, bringing their wrapped provides to function to the super pile under the tree) One individual replaced into the present-hander-outer, and individuals waited to confirm what each and each individual had have been given. No parallel beginning up of provides, apart from multiple small ones... "No provides Christmas Morning!? " I hear you cry... that's what, for us babies, the Christmas stocking replaced into for... to maintain us chuffed, amused, and comparatively quiet at a similar time as our moms and dads arranged the Christmas dinner. And in an prolonged state of anticipation, too. For different families i'd desire to never artwork out what the stocking replaced into for if all the different provides have been given opened at 6am besides... yet that did look the extra problem-loose prepare, i found out as I grew up.

The thing that really annoys me is the fact that Christmas seems to start in november for just one day? I think apart from Christmas day itself, the whole Christmas thing is annoying!
