I definitely like a fireplace. They are so warm and inviting on a cold winter's day and night. It is nice to sit by a fireplace and enjoy the ambiance.

I wish I did too, they're so warm and romantic, I could just stare into one for hours at a time with a nice cup of hot chocolate.

wish I did too...so I bought a corn stove, which is a nice alternative, but if the electricity goes out...so does it :(
