Kirkland formula is based on powdered skim milk. Enfamil, I believe is based on non fat milk. Baby may have some issues in the beginning getting used to the difference but if you switch slowly, it should be fine. All formula has to meet the guidelines so nutritionally it is fine. It's the difference in taste and texture and every baby is different. I've thought about switching my guy from the Nestle Good Start but Nestle is based on Whey Protein (still milk but further broken down) and I just don't want to go through the hassle to save the money. I'd rather pay more and have my happy baby that is thriving than deal with a fussy baby.

We used it for four months before we had to switch to soy (I wish Kirkland made a soy formula, but they don't). Its comparable to Enfamil Lipil and Similac Advanced because it has the added DHA and ARA. But it is less than half the price. It foams in the bottle a bit differently than the Enfamil when first mixed, but that doesn't have anything to do with the nutrition, I think you'll be happy with it.

I've never even heard of it. I'd stick with enfamil until you check with your doctor to make sure its a good formula.
