I can already legally live and work in the USA!

Yes - once you pass the bar.

If you graduated from an accredited law school, and then were admitted to the practice of law, in a country with a legal system based on English Common Law then you'll be entitled to sit the Bar exam in your current US State. (Some States require that you have practiced law in your home country for a certain period first)

There are differences though, so you'll want to take a good Bar review course first.

Yes. You need to pass the bar exam in your state. Some states may require a local course, others don't.
