Inflatable snow globe Decoration help?

It is brand new and the snow is not falling. How can I fix it?

sounds like the pick up tube is pluged try picking it up and shaking it, while its running,

shake it really good. sounds like the snow is packed at the bottom and not get sucked into the blower.
