My son was 6lbs 7oz. I would say I looked like a "normal" pregnant lady. I gained 35lbs during my pregnancy.

Let's see... She was 8lbs 9 oz when she was born.

She was 5 days late. I gained 31 lbs total, and I looked small. Apparently I have those childbearing hips you hear about... and she was just happily nestled down in there. I was measuring 32 at 40 weeks.

Best of luck to you... and no fear. How much you gain doesn't always reflect on the size of the baby!

#1 7lbs 7 oz. at 40 weeks
#2 7 lbs 15 oz at 40 weeks
#3 8 lbs 0 oz at 40 weeks
#4 less than 1 lb, lost at 20 weeks
#5 6 lbs 10 oz at 37 weeks
#6 6 lbs 8 oz at 35 weeks 4 days

I'm 6' tall and underweight, I carry all the pregnancy weight in my belly which tends to make me look further along usually.

I had my son at 38 weeks he was 6 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. I had gained 44 lbs and I am only 5'1". Thankfully I lost almost all of it. I have less than 10 lbs to go. At his 2 week check up he was already 8 lbs. He is now 9 months and a little bit over 20 lbs...Congrats....and Happy Holidays...

My son was 7lbs 6 oz.... Everyone thought I was gonna have a tiny tiny baby. I only gained 20 pounds and was carrying every every small. I looked 7 months when I was full term. (I hated it because people gave me heck about it, you know how people with opinions can be) but when I had my son, we were trying to find out where he was hiding in there!! We kinda made jokes cause he was a good sized baby.

She was 9 lbs, 3 ozs. I never measured over my # of weeks and I was normal size throughout until the last couple of weeks I put 8 lbs in two weeks! That is when I started getting miserable and swelling. But she was never difficult to carry. I nor my doc ever thought she was going to be so big....which was apparent after she ripped me a new on, literally.

My first born was 7 pounds 12 ounces and I wasn't that big just before having her, my second (a boy) was almost 10 pounds....I was pretty big with him; I gained the same amount of weight with both kids (25 pounds) but my second pregancy was all in my stomach and he was a big baby so my stomach seemed to enter a room 5 minutes before the rest of me (LOL)!!

My first pregnancy I didn't even show at ALL until 7 months and at 9 months I was still pretty small. My son was 8lbs 2oz.

This time I was HUGE right from the start and my son was 8lbs.

It really isn't a great judge.

My first was 7 lbs 11 oz (induced at 42 weeks)...I looked on the small side of normal...the doctors thought she was going to be smaller than she was.
My second was 2 lbs 12 oz (emergency c-section at 28 weeks)...I actually LOST weight with this pregnancy, so I was shocked that she weighed as much as she did...hooray!
Congratulations to you! Enjoy your little guy...it won't be long now!

My baby was 6lb 10oz

I felt like I was huge but people thought I was 7 months when I was really 9 months. So I would say small. I thought he was going to be a big baby also but he wasn't at all.
