They could call the programme Ghetto'verit. I'm sure you can make anywhere you go fabulous.
It can really work. Unfortunately, they tried something similar in Sydney once, McDonalds opened up a mission outpost in the gay ghetto. Soon the whole place became run down and the gay people dispersed to the suburbs.

Oh yes darling, I think the ghetto's need some fashion tips, you are so right about that, I think instead of graffiti, we could just hang drapes, it would be fabulous, I would work for the cause, its a great idea, here in Baltimore we do have a lot of places that need help, we could go to all the neighborhoods and anyone that has a window out, we could cover that opening with something that sparkles, maybe Britney Spears panties, she doesn't use them, I believe in recycling. love those sparkly pants,,,,,,,
