the fire altar is right near the entrance to the duel arena
the earth altar is near the lumberyard which is the building slightly n/e of varrock look for a yew tree near the entrance

Just type salmoneus in the search bar. It should be the first site. It has absolutely everything on it that you'll ever need for runescape.
