haven't watched in a while have you? Natalie's been on for a couple of seasons now.
Sharona remarried her ex and moved back to New Jersey.
Monk hooked up with the new girl when she hired him to find out why some guy died in her living room trying to steal her daughter's aquarium decor.

Where have you been? Sharona has been gone for a while now (two years I think). The producers of the show decided to go another way. That is why we now have Natalie. You aren't the only one who didn't like it, but it's old news now.

Bitty Shram left because she wanted more money and got a deal with NBC on a show Thief that has since been canceled. I think the new actress Traylor is functional, but she needs to loss the nice girl thing and add the sexual tension that Bitty could.
