The reason that Bush should be impeached include concerns about the legitimacy, legality, and constitutionality of the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and the controversial electronic surveillance of American citizens by the National Security Agency.

The list should start as follows:

2003 invasion of Iraq
Geneva Conventions controversy
Unlawful combatant status
Extraordinary rendition
Treatment of detainees
Leaking of classified information
Possible involvement in the CIA leak case
Commuting Libby's sentence
Alleged politicization of the United States attorney offices

Just to name a few

too many of their own kind around them. People will find out all the bad things has has done, after he leaves office. But those who drink the kool aid, will still support him...

Asker,

Please cite an impeachable offense so that I may have something with substance to respond to. I have heard people call the president every name under the sun, yet not one person has ever been able to cite a single impeachable offense. Please do so.

-Edit- Thank you for posting examples. Now here is my response.

2003 invasion of Iraq - was not illegal due to the fact that Saddam broke the cease fire agreement.

Geneva Conventions controversy - controversy is not illegal

Unlawful combatant status - does not exist

Extraordinary rendition - does not exist

Treatment of detainees - they are treated better than us

Leaking of classified information - the president himself has leaked nothing

Possible involvement in the CIA leak case - possible is not a crime

Commuting Libby's sentence - perfectly within the president's authority

Alleged politicization of the United States attorney offices - alleged is not a crime.

Please keep trying until you get it right, which you won't.

Because the republicans are a bunch of brown nosing "YES" men and the democrats are a bunch of spineless cowards.

bush & cheney haven't committed any crimes? LOL What else would one call allowing the attacks of 9/11 and lying to the American public numerous times?

Fabricating evidence for going to war, declining any responsibility for the consequences, and suspending Habeas corpus will never get the masses riled up the way extramarital bj's do. People by and large can't be bothered with the former, but boy, people's sex lives- now THERE'S something worth making someone testify in court over. It's all a question of priorities and grasp of proportion, I'm afraid...

Because as a pop / generation X nation we are more concerned with the infidelity of a president rather then his lack of common sense and his wrong full actions that cost the nation.

Because the Democrats you elected to Congress have been too lazy to dig up the supposed impeachable offenses you're thinking of and start the process, that's why.

Because the Dem's have aided and covered for both Bush and Dick that they are in so deep that they need to be impeached as well

lying under oath is usually the best way to get yourself impeached.... which is probably why Bush has always refused to give any testimony under oath (e.g. 9/11 commission, domestic spying program)

They have not done anything to be impeached for, and no matter how many times liberal traitors say it, its not going to change the fact, you have to have some reason to impeach, DISLIKING them is not enough !
