I have never had a problem putting tennis shoes in the washing machine. The washing machine is OK so are the shoes.

I only wear tennis shoes if I go out after work so I never have the need to wash or dry them at this point but my fiance will wash and dry my work shoes very often

I normally just replace mine. If you wash them just let them air dry. Putting them in the dryer can cause the bottom to melt.

I wash them with a little bleach to whiten them and detergent. Then I let them air dry.
I've tried drying them in the dryer but, they hit against the door and keep popping the door to the dryer open.

When you wash them it seems it ruins them. I never put shoes in the dryer when I wash them.

If there to crappy and worn out, then yea i replace them; but if they still got sum juice in em I keep'em for little while. I'd rather get new shoes though cause thats the first things girls notice.

I either clean them with soap and scrub them with an old toothbrush or I use shoe cleaner.
When I was younger.... I cleaned my shoes with my brother's toothbrush. I know that's wrong but he didn't know lol.
